Zarina Vitebsky (she/her/hers)
Owner & Lead Therapist - MSPT, PRPC, TPS, LPF
Zarina, owner of Pelvic Health NJ and co-owner of ProTouch Physical Therapy, received her Master's in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University. Her clinical studies include training at St. Augustine University as an Orthopedic Spine Specialist, the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification, all three level certified in Low Pressure Fitness (LPF), and currently working on the Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS) Certification. Outside of her clinical studies, Zarina has completed Visceral Mobilization (VM) training and CranioSacral Therapy (CST) training from The Barral Institute, along with extensive training in Arvigo Abdominal Massage Therapy, Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy (MCMT), and a certification in Jessica Drummond's Functional Nutrition for Rehabilitation Professionals for Pelvic Pain (FNRP) at the Integrative Women's Health Institute. A strong advocate of female, male and pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction, she is one of only two physical therapists in the US who have been trained by Dr. David Wise, author of Headache in the Pelvis, to carry out his specific pelvic floor pain protocol. Zarina is constantly expanding her techniques on how to further treat complex pelvic floor conditions such as gender reassignment surgery and chronic varieties of pain such as CRPS. Zarina is a continual guest lecturer at Kean University, and has lectured at the Herman & Wallace Institute and at physician rounds in the Morristown and Overlook Hospitals. Within the local mom community, Zarina has also developed a very strong reputation for treating DRA and pelvic floor dysfunction associated with prenatal & postpartum conditions. She uses a “whole trunk” method in treating diastasis recti (DRA) which has led to a high success rate within her patients. When not treating patients and taking new courses, she is an active contributor to The Echenberg Institute for Pelvic & Sexual Pain by Dr. Robert J. Echenberg. She continues to mentor with Dr. Robert J. Echenberg and Dr. Kenneth Peters, learning from two of the most prolific minds in the pelvic floor world to further her knowledge in PF dysfunction. She is currently working on publishing a manual that will address different kinds of chronic pain and different way to address them through physical therapy, as well as developing an abdominal brace to help postpartum mothers recover faster.

Dr. Aimee Anagnostos (she/her/hers)
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist - DPT, Pelvic Floor Level 1 + 2A + 2B H&W, Male Pelvic Floor Specialist
Aimee completed both her bachelor's degree in Health Science and her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She graduated as a 12 time Dean's List recipient and summa cum laude while working part time as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and Mat Pilates Instructor. Dr. Aimee has treatment experience in outpatient orthopedic clinics regarding a variety of musculoskeletal impairments. She has completed the Pelvic Floor Level 1 course with Herman and Wallace and will continue to pursue further education to achieve her Pelvic Health Certification. As a physical therapist and movement enthusiast, she aspires to share her knowledge in pre and postpartum health, and urinary incontinence. She aims to build a bridge between rehabilitation and recreational fitness through patient centered care and holistic wellness. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time in nature, finding new skin care techniques, cooking, and hanging out with friends and family.

Dr. Shawna Poltricitsky (she/her/hers)
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist - DPT, Pelvic Floor Level 1 + 2 H&W, Male Pelvic Floor Specialist
Shawna earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Rutgers University in Newark, NJ. She is a recent residency graduate and is on her way to obtaining her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification. In addition, she has completed the Herman and Wallace Level 1 course on pelvic floor physical therapy and is looking to complete level 2A and 2B in the near future. She has also received clinical training from St. Augustine University, University of Southern California, New York Institute of Technology, as well as training in Mulligan Concept manual therapy. She has worked with a variety of patients suffering from injuries related to general orthopedics and sports. She also has experience with pre-and post-surgical interventions such as joint replacements, ACL reconstructions, laminectomies, cervical and lumbar spinal fusions, etc. When Shawna is not treating, you’ll find her surfing at the nearest beach. She also enjoys hiking, yoga, weightlifting, and rock climbing. Shawna is on her way to being certified as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist (PCES).

Emily Burde (she/her/hers)
Office Administrator - MA, CAPM
Emily has a strong background in project management and and office administration with a unique blend of of non-profit, arts and culture, healthcare, and small business experience. She received her B.A. in Medical Anthropology from Rutgers University in 2010, her M.A. in Museum Administration from Seton Hall University in 2014, and her license as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in 2017.

Yovana Zavala (she/her/hers)
Medical Biller
Yovana is a highly experienced and trained professional in medical coding and billing. She received high honors from the medical coding and billing program, located in New Jersey, that she graduated from. Yovana has many years of experience working in healthcare as a coding and billing professional. When not at the Pelvic Health Physical Therapy office, she spends time baking at home with her daughters and chasing her granddaughter around the house.
